A neighbourhood grew up on our bread
When we lit our first oven in 1998, Nangloi was smaller and quieter. We had two ovens, one recipe for milk bread, and a promise: never sell what we wouldn't serve our own family.
Nearly three decades on, that promise hasn't changed. The children who once pressed their noses against our glass counter now bring their own kids in for after-school puffs.
We've grown, but we're still the same bakery — hands in the dough before sunrise, proud of every single thing we sell.

From two ovens to a neighbourhood name
The first oven
NBC opens as a two-oven shop on Main Nangloi Road, selling fresh bread and rusks.
Cakes arrive
We add a confectionery counter. Word spreads — birthdays in the neighbourhood now mean an NBC cake.
A bigger kitchen
We expand the bakery, bringing in a dedicated cake studio and a proper display counter.
